Too many times
I can no longer
Find the missing piece
My hopes were up
Till they broke down on me
From a high ceiling
Too many riddles
I can't afford
To be spending time on
Time is a sword
And mine keeps cutting
My heart into pieces
Seconds pass by
Yet I can't seem to find
A right choice to make
Made too many wrong turns
Till I decided to burn the train
Along with the station
But I was the only one dead
I broke my arm
Countless times
I can no longer feel it
I've grown numb to love

From toxic options
Till I chose solitude to cope
I do miss a warm hand
But I fear this hand
Would betray me at some point

Yet I sleep with one eye open
